Buying your ATT phone upgrade [READ CAREFULLY]

Here's what I want.

ATT allows users to upgrade their phones every two years. I want the new iPhone 4G which would normally cost 300$ for the 32GB model after subsidization.

However, I'm not eligible at the moment, and would be paying roughly 500$.

If you don't need your phone upgrade this time around and would like to make a quick 100$ let me know.

 

Last time I upgraded my Phone they took my phone, but didnt the time befor that. Are you going to need the phone aswell?

 

I don't need your old phone. They shouldn't be taking your old phone though.
I basically want you to purchase a subsidized 32GB black iPhone 4g for 300$ and I'll pay you 400$, giving you 100$ to do with whatever you want.

EDIT: However unless you have a golden reputation I'm going to want to receive the phone before I pay you. I think I'm clocking in at 350 vouches though so it shouldn't be a problem.

I'm using AT&T myself and I'm currently residing in the Bay Area, California.

Hmmm, I have an upgrade, but I don't know how this would work. IE transferring the shit to u "Not Shipping" but how would att do this?

 

You would have to buy the iPhone from AT&T yourself and have it shipped to me. I would then pay you back + a fee for doing the service.

So we have to pay for the overstuffed plan for our personal phone and just give you the phone? It seems as if the extra charges on the personal plan for an iPhone 4G would outweigh the $500 in a matter or months.

You might want to check eBay.

 

What about the $375 cancellation fee ATT charges? That leaves me with -$275...
