Wow Ty Jagex - Another Fail moment

My account was banned on june 28th for the dungeoneering bug, was banned for 14 days, i went on my account after these 14 days and went pking for about an hour, then got disconnected to find i have been banned AGAIN for 21 days now for the same thing
ty jagex for wasting over a months paid membership on my acc

UPDATE - HAS NOW BEEN CHANGED AGAIN TO A PERMANENT BAN NOW

If I were you, in your appeal I would have stated, you have already set a ban on me, and I have learned from my ways. I haven't even touched Dungeoneering since. But I feel sorry for you. You deserve better then to be harrased by Jagex.

 

Yea thats on the same sort of lines as what i said, But its takin them months to even read appeals now, so its not lookin good

 

Yeah. Bug abuse appeals normally take months, due to Jagex's automated bots. Sorry dude, chances are you may be in for a long wait.

 

Yea lets hope, they better give us some kind of membership refund or at least hope we get our accounts back today

 

That sucks bro, is it 14 days for macroing too? I think I got 3 accounts banned from using free bots like a month before this update LOL

I highly doubt they'll refund you of any sort, but as for the second 'bug ban', it's likely to be reversed.

 

The 14 day ban was for dungeoneering glitch, then after the 14 days was up, they banned me for it again

 

Naah wish i did now lol, only went from 1-80

I'm sorry about your account dude. It seems Jagex changed their mind or something about how long the ban should be... which isn't exactly fair to you once they already set a date.

 

How did you find him to speak to?
