    Yes. Go for 99 attack, and keep def at 70 or maybe 75.

    or should i leave stats as is and get 70 prayer?
    should i slay g drags for money for pray
    or use my 99 hunt?

    should i level up my att?
    STAY 78 Attack , GET 78 Defence , GET 95 Prayer for Turmoil = Death to all others.

    Then get 99 Defence when bored :D 99 Attack is overated.
