So let me see if I got this straight :)

You reported Amanda and a lot of other people for pinlines. Finn bans Amanda. Then the rest gets overlooked and their reports gets archived.

Do I have it straight? If I do, then I'm sure we'd all like to know why they were archived. After all, you guys were the ones who wrote the rules :p If it was archived by mistake, then I suppose it's all cool then :)

A ******** is a number that can be dialed to bill a premium phone charge to someones account externally. (without having to be on that current phone line)

Exploiting them is highly illegal, the equivalent to stealing and using a credit card.

Yes, it's fraud. Thanks for explaining that though, some people reading that are confused. I was too until an ex-sythe member brought this all up to me.

If you are thinking about joining the pin business you are going to find you will lose $7+ each time, pretty much all top pin seller on RS forums use exploiting methods to gain pins.

I'm not sure how they work exactly, but it's fraud still even if nobody gets charged.

The point is that some people get away, others get banned.

Yeah, I'm not entirely sure how they work either but someone winds up footing the bill besides jagex. Also, ever wonder why almost all pins are australian pbp? Idk what it is about australia but they seem really susceptible to pinline fraud

Amazing. Just amazing. They banned Amanda but spared these guys, then say that they're going to change the rules? What next? Pinlines allowed on Sythe?

Says the man with red hands.

It's because these Lines were created by Telstra, who are the biggest phone company in Australia. These were leaked somehow and eventually used for getting free pins. All the pins will be Australian because with Australian lines, you may only call an Australian number.

You're not doing a "pin business". You're stealing from others. I don't know why you've got this defensive shit going on, but you need to knock it off. The proof is there. Unless you can prove that the proof is fake, you're just the same as a scammer, and should be treated as one.

I'd still like very much to know who archived those reports and whether anything is being done about this.
