Anyone familiar with Teen Court?

So this doesn't question the court system itself, but actually a small organization within it called teen court. It's basically court for first time offenders under the age of 18 to keep their records clean.

I recently got caught shoplifting (a misdemeanor) and am going to teen court for petty theft. I also occasionally smoke the ganja and am a bit worried. I haven't smoked in 3 months but going to tomorrow. My court date is set for July 14 and I'm anxious as to whether they will demand drug tests from me.

My question to you all is whether you think that they will put me on drug testing for this offense, even though they are completely unrelated. Any comments appreciated.

Umm no they shouldn't.

 

You will not get a drug test. Been there myself, make sure it's your last time though.
