Beginners/Welfare PVP Gear + Where to train

Hi, I've been wanting to start to PVP for a while but I never know what gear to have as in weapons, armour, and inventory, any advice would be helpful.

Stats:
73 attack
96 Strength
71 Defense
49 Prayer
4 Summoning
100 CB
Also, what are the best places to train strength that don't involve quests, and that aren't giant spiders, that's where i'm currently training.

 

If you're pking in bh+1 worlds then I suggest you get rune body and legs with helm of neitizot and whip + dds + venge. If you have the money then you can get a (b)gs/ags and pk in that. If you want to pk in pvp i suggest either ranging or hybriding (mage/melee) or barraging the shit out of people. Hope this helped you .

 

Get DT done for barrage, even if you don't want to, once you have it you'll love it. A good range level can be helpful as most people your level will be ranging ( from personal expreience) and using meele to back up the range. ( claws )

If you want to use meele get claws and just pull them out once your target reaches just under half health, and spec-smash him.

For pvp i suggest, nezzy, glory/str ammy, d scim, Tok shield, Dds, rune pl8/legs rune/barrow gloves and any boots.

 

For bh +1 Helm of neit,glory/str amulet, rune defender/granite shield/Tztok shield Rune/dragon/barrows gloves, rune/climbing boots,Rune platebody, rune plate legs/skirt weapon:Bandos godsword/armadyl/whip/saradomin sword/dragon scimmitar , for special take Dds/d claws/d mace

 

For the gear how welfare do you want it? You can get a good hand cannon build risking only some dhides and sharks
