First of all i just want to say that im quiting runescape,
second of all, i have found the best private server in the planet, to bad the admins are faggots.

i dont play rs anymore, im swapping my range tank for a steam account with all games almost like the steam set witch cost 30$.

the only thing mmg did good was to them who took runescape as skilling game house parties etc

But what he did for the pkers/stakers was totally blowed away.

if someone knows a game witch is 100% same as runescape training skilling, etc then pm me it, and no im not gonna join rsclassic.

the higest i ever seen were online was 384,829 Players Online.
I know like 100k of it was botters but seriously.

 

Before he became CEO the most I saw online at a time was around 417k

Most of the changes weren't MMG's..Stop blaming MMG because you don't wanna blame Andrew..


It's a shame, and ignorance is a harsh word to use, but really, people should actually do a bit of research before ranting against the complete wrong people. It doesn't take much to load up the Jagex Credit List and notice that Andrew is still Lead Developer, and Mark Gerhard is CEO - which doesn't have anything to do with the developing at all.

 

to be fair it is a lot better now than it was i think, only thing i miss is the wildy, but pvp for me now is preferable, if only you got the drops you were meant to i'd prefer it to the wildy.

 

He didn't single-handedly decide the updates for RS, they were obviously agreed upon by a team of workers who thought the updates would benefit the players, unknowingly ruining it for many of the players.

 

This right here. If Runescape was the way it was 2 years ago I would still be playing it every single damn day. There was so much to do now there are so many rules and shit. I wish I could old school merchant again thats all

If they're so "smart" they didn't have to take out shit.

Make prices 34732483489k and nobody will buy them, but make them the normal price in G.E.

GF RWT? And make it so you can't enter the wilderness with rares, a certain amount of cash(26k F2P, 76k P2P for the risk), which would widely reduce lures. They really could have thought this out, before taking away what was the best way to make money.

I remember just getting a group of literally 12 mages and just all attack 1 guy in full rune. Free 200k.

The RWT updates were Andrews fault. Andrew was never CEO. MMG is CEO and CEO doesn't actually develop the game, just market it.

 

This, but even RSPS want you to pay and most of them are starting to copy the uptated RS... Mod MMG did what he had to do in order for runescape to survive.

 

The only thing i like about the 'New' Rs, is the new graphics and Bh+1, because all the little kids would cry when they loose ags in bh.

I agree with this, tho if you had a few hundred dollars you could go to a
blackmarket forum and buy an armadyl godsword without flicking a coin.

 

I still enjoy it.

What I don't understand is how when it becomes the #1 game it has less players than when it was #3?
