I've had somebody used my service in the past and a rare occurrence happened where it was banned for 'Hijacking', not botting. Though, I never stole the account and I was accused of it I believe. I worked with him to get the account back through a decent appeal but it did not work. There's one more chance left, perhaps this guide could help? Maybe if you have some suggestions to change things around so it would work for such an appeal and it works, I'll send you the exact wording I used so it would work for everyone else =)

The thing is, 'Hijacking' is never automatic like botting bans are. It takes an in-depth look in the account viewing IP's/Hostnames of everyone who has logged in the account. So a lot of work was put in to accuse one of us for 'Hijacking' as it's a criminal offense. It was clearly a mistake, but they will not understand what we are trying to say to them. We never mentioned it was shared for a short period of time for a service, no instead it was more of an in-depth appeal of him saying he was keylogged to Jagex (when he was not, it was just to get out of the ban. At the time, it seemed logical as if you have a Java keylogger it can not be detected.) Which he then said something along the lines of he had to reformat his computer to get rid of it (once again, this is to Jagex, none of this really happened) and so forth. It seemed like a logical appeal as we took a hour or so making sure it would be a proper appeal with decent grammar. Still, no luck.
