    What are your guys thoughts on it I need to do it since Im hopefully going to the army soon and need to shed a stone or so , can anyone give me tips ect ?

    You'd be better off asking a doctor you've been to before. Different things work for different people.

    If your going into the army, its best not to diet it off, but it work it off.. build yourself up so your fit.

    I can help you out if you tell me these stats

    Also the atkins diet isn't recommended as you can't workout without carb intake it's impossible.
