    Scammer's profile link: short cut
    Amount scammed: $0, took my rs3 account instead
    Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: shortcut#2608 , 1054621111326867486
    Proof that it's their Discord: [​IMG]
    He added me shortly after
    Explanation of the trade: I'm selling my RS3 Account for USD$.
    How they scammed: Normally when you provide login details to an RS3 account to someone, they wouldn't be able to takeover the account without the registered e-mailadress nor would they be able to link anything. But with the recent changes with the new Jagex Account system (which I was totally unaware of) they're now able to login and import it to a new Jagex Account, which basically nullifies the registered e-mailadress and all of a sudden the account belongs to the guy with the Jagex Account.

    Had to contact Jagex Support after that which also proves my account had been imported into another Jagex Account: JMOlNZu.png

    User can explain himself in a dispute as he came online & didn't respond. He's been banned for 3 months for the attempted scam.

    @D4rryl was able to obtain his account back with the help of Jagex support.
