    i got a question for professional fish people

    this is off topic so it should be good
    i purchased a algae control chemical for around $3
    and i was wondering if it was good to poor that in my tank with the freshwater fish inside the tank
    or do i have to take them out?

    It doesnt make sense that you would have to take them out poor it in and then put them back, doesnt it have directions?

    ya
    but i did some research and one dude put tetra algae control chemical in his aquarium with the fish inside, and the next day 98% of them died.

    yeah you should be fine just follow the directions, i dont wanna be the reason all your fish die though lol. is that the brand you got tetra?


    Tetra
    Do not use in aquariums with invertebrates or crustaceans e.g. crabs, shrimps, or crayfish.

    Directions: Add 1 drop per gallon of aquarium water. Dosage may be repeated if needed every three days for up to three total doses, then clean the aquarium of dead algae.
