    my levels are 24 def 26 att 30 str i need help lvling my stats to 40 def and 40 att pm me if u can help

    why would you post this ever? I had never played rs in my entire life and i figured out how to get those stats no problem. Go to stronghold of Security with food armor and weapons, go the the flesh crawlers and stand still with auto retaliate on. Eat when low, bank when empty. Maybe 5 hours later your done lol.
