Paypal Help

i am posting here because i dont know where else to post this request lol
So i have a paypal, i do not wish to add my debit card to it, but i do want it unlimited so i can move money freely....
my question is can i use a prepaid VISA to unlimit it..if so does anyone have a valid one with like very little money on it like a dollar or less just something they dont care to give out so i can unlimit my Paypal account.

If so that would be very appreciated

You can buy a Pre-paid Visa Card at Wal-Mart or Walgreens for a cheap price. As long as it can pay the Paypal fees (around $2), then it can be used and you'd be able to send money back and forth.
