Buying GB 20K or under & Original Gamertags

I'm looking to buy a Gamebattles account that has a ranking of under 20,000. The lower it is, the more I'll be paying. I'm also interested in purchasing original gamertags, or extremely rare ones. I can pay with paypal, runescape accounts, and xbox live accounts. If you are trusted and have vouches on this site I'll go first. If you're not, we're going to use a MiddleMan. And yes, I am new. This is my first post, but I'm not here to scam anybody, just looking for a Gamebattles account.
