we reached an agreement, letting you deposit an initial 100$, having the rest built up via a % of your earnings in the server.
you completed a couple of orders (full logs available on demand) for which you have been compensated appropriately. we even let it slide, when you decided to claim jobs you were not capable of doing, having us re-assign them after failing for multiple hours.

fast forward to yesterday evening, ~ 20 days after starting your journey with us:
we received note of a customer, with a message you conveniently decided to not post:

where you clearly are attempting to contact a former customer to receive more work from him.
now of course, it's unknown to me how many people in our server you have contacted in the past 3 weeks other than the 2 visible in this thread, if requested of course i can ask around to all customers you have worked with to gather more evidence of you breaking the terms of service.

On top of that, potentially unrelated but i'd like to put it on the record since it's at the very least indirectly related to you:
A customers account just got locked, which you have been working on a week+ ago . That indicates either:

1: a recovery attempt
2: attempted logins from an unknown location
3: combination of above / a bunch of false login attempts

just leaving this here, we've handled things with the above mentioned locked account already, however i find it highly interesting that it's happening just a day after you got fired

The person from ABC never made a deal to wash a car with anyone outside the company there are no proven facts because it never happened only in your head not in the reality of the facts

on top of the above, i find it kind of hilarious that you're attempting to claim full value for incomplete accounts.
