[Buying] White Phat (details inside)

Currently working on getting 99 Runecrafting, and will be using it as my main source of income. I want to hopefully get someone to reserve their phat for me to buy once I accumulate the proper amount of gold.

It will take be around a month and a half to get the gold for it. I plan on paying mainly through Paypal for it, and maybe if I can get some rares I'll throw that in as well (will attempt to get as close to max trade price as possible).
