    Losing Weight

Do you want to get rid of some of your belly fat, or do you just want a hot bod? Maybe you just want to a lot of weight for a whole new you!

Follow my guide, and I can almost guarantee 30 pounds you in 2 months. You must follow everything I say in order to lose 30 pounds in 2 months. It could vary for what type of metabolism you have, but for most people I would say 20 pounds a month.

This is from first hand experience, so far I have lost 30 pounds in 2 months doing it this way. I've done everything I did and put it in a guide for you.

Losing weight isn't easy work. It takes hard work, determination, and will. There will be times where you'll be faced in a situation where there's a lot of high carb and calorie food in front of you. You'll have to have the will to just say NO to high carb food. You will need to exercise daily and do a minuscule amount of weight lifting.

    Exercise:
You will need to hit the treadmill at minimum 25 minutes a day. A LOT OF PEOPLE QUIT THEIR DIETS BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY WILL HAVE TO RUN.Think again... running is for endurance, NOT FAT burning.

I suggest on the treadmill your settings are at 4 Miles Per Hour and 6.5 Incline.

You must do it for a minimum of 25 minutes. It is also very important to switch it up every now and then. Hit the bikes up and maybe try playing basketball at your gym or tennis or whatever sports your gym gives you. Since you are a beginner build up tolerance to exercising, instead of treadmill every day, start out 3 times a week.

This way you will not quit. You can still lose weight without exercising but it is much harder. Exercising is an important tool of living longer and healthier though.

    Weight Lifting:

Weight lifting is highly recommended in my opinion. Because, it helps cut fat off your body and build muscle and tone. I will give you a basic overview on what you must do. Do not do heavy weight, go generally light to medium in weight. Ideally things around your body weight.

You must shoot for 12-15 reps, this way you will become more toned and cut fat off your body.

IF you go high rep and high weight you will get swole rather than toned and definition. Focus mainly on your chest, bicep, tricep, and legs. www.abcbodybuilding.com is a great website; it teaches you specific exercise of weight lifting.

Strengthening your abs is also very important, here is something I did daily to tremendously help:

Eating Right: This is obviously the hardest thing to do. You must have great will power and determination at this part of the diet. If you don't eat right, your diet will go very bad.
    1. I suggest you invest in SlimFast meal bars and Slimfast Drinks. They are quite expensive but it's all worth it in the long run.

    2. Eating at the right time. Do not eat after 6, because generally your not moving at the time and the calories you eat won't be burned.

    3. Increasing metabolism: increasing your metabolism comes with exercising but with your eating too! You should eat a ideally big meal for breakfast, 2 hours later eat a very low calorie snack, and then in 2 hours have a quite large meal consisting of many healthy food, 2 hours after that eat something low in calorie, fruits, vegetables and than nothing else after.

    4. Things I recommend eating: Chicken breast, lean meat, vegetables, fruits ( excluding watermelon - its filled with tons of sugar ), a lot of food with protein, and eggs.

    5. A food pyramid on guiding you what to eat rarely to all the time:

The will power: You must train yourself into not eating high calorie and carb foods. If you're ever faced in a situation where there are a lot of foods just remember the goal you are trying to achieve.

IF you have any questions or concerns, just post on the thread.

This looks like a good starters guide to write on. I suggest moving the purple font, and spacing out some of the sentences and paragraphs so that it's easier to read. Having pictures and even a video would be nice and would definitely help out the topic of the guide.

As I'm sure there's plenty of more ways on losing weight, you've covered the basics. Just take some of the suggestions that I've told you, and this'll be a great guide.

Edit: Try resizing your pictures; they look a big long.

    Hi there Lakers,

I suggest you to change the dark blue font; it's quite hard to ready. Instead of blue you can use a bright colour just like yellow. You could also add boldings to remark importand words.

    Good luck!

    Losing Weight

You can believe me or not.
First of all running is a cardio exercise. Cardio exercise DOES BURN fat . 1kg of fat equals almost 7000 kcals (just so you know).

Regarding lifting, going for 12-15 reps would only , if any, build muscle endurance. Going for 6-10 reps will : A) Increase muscle endurance
    B) Burn more kcals.
    C) Increase your strenght
    D) Increase your muscle size.
    E) Boost your metabolism for up to 72h (yes, more kcals burned).

Cardio exercise is best done in the morning on the empty stomach. 30 mins is the minimum if you want any fat burned off. Why? Because your body starts using fat barely after 20 mins of exercise.

Losing fat taken simple : calories consumed vs calories eaten. First must be higher than the second.

You also mentioned eating fruits. Fruits contain carbohydrates. You shoundt eat more than 2 - 3 fruits a day if you want to lose fat. Thats not to say you shoundt eat carbs but very limited. Eat fish, meat, healty fats.
Try and have 5-6 small meals a day and always eat in the morning.
