Attempted account recovery leaves account locked and unsafe

basically i bough this iron from Tradelesu who had purchased from Harvv, no issues with the account but over the weekend i got two password reset attempts and now the account is locked. The account being locked leads me to believe that there was enough information put in the recovery attempt to cause Jagex to lock the account. I feel the account is no longer safe and am seeking my full refund of $254.99 from Tradelesu.
Also, Harvv has said some very concerning things like he tried to buy it back and Tradelesu wouldnt sell, and was actively searching Sythe Forums for a rs3 main/pure before i reached out to him about why the recovery attempts happened. (can provide proof of this)

Whatever mod is working this please let me know, there are IRL names involved as some conversations happened on facebook.

5th and 6th picture is of my DM with @Tradelesu about purchasing the account and vouching

The thing that throws me for a loop is that Harvv claims he hasnt logged in etc for 5 months but was ACTIVELY searching the rs3 market section before I dm him on Discord: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

I have said to Tradelesu if he ever considers reselling it could asked me if I wanted to buy it back. There is nothing concerning about this imo? Thats what i said to you aswell when you added me on discord. And me being active searching for other account is not true at all because I haven't played Runescape for over 5 months now, lurking around forums doesnt mean active searching?
I'm sorry that you got any password recoveries towards your account but this is the first that I see of the account that I have sold over the last few years and I even sold on accountkings without any problems.

The original account has been givin towards the buyer of the account with every single detials, no recoveries etc. And after that the user changed the information. I have deleted ever single information about this account, and the user had no issues.

Now the account is getting resold to you and you trying to sell it again..and now it get password recoveries?
You added me on discord and asked me about it. I've had the same happening to my own personal account and had a message from jagex with the title: AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY.

Because they detacted that someone was trying to get on my account back in Feb. I've asked you to check for this message aswell, sadly you ignored this question.

this is concerning because you sent me an image on discord and then deleting, luckily I paid attention to the username, unfortunately you deleted before i could screenshot, the username was on the irons friends list and the runemetrics of it shows activity over the "past 5 months"

I told you that I'm not touching the account without directive from the staff here. As soon as it got locked because someone tried to recover with enough information to cause a lock, its unsafe. Only the original owner should be able to do so.

 

So that account I sent you a screenshot of is a account that I'm sharing with a IRL friend.

Feb 3/4 is the day my account got the message what I told you about: "AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY." because somone was trying to get on the account, account got locked because of it, yet I've no proof of you getting this message aswell?

So in short you're saying that the account only gets locked by the OG owner, yet i'm the OG owner of this account aswell and it got locked by someone trying to get on my account.
So in your words; I'm the one that will get my own account locked aswell.
Seems likely to me, if I say so myself, Once again go look at the Message Center if you've gotten this message aswell.

For all I know only tradelesu had access to the account that I sold, He had no problems with the account at all. He sold the account towards you and you're reselling it and you get password recoveries?

Yes, I removed the screenshot because it's not my own account that I was showing.
I felt the need to show you / proof to you i'm not looking for anything at all since your the one accussing me for looking for a account "Actively".

@Tradelesu will need to respond here to confirm the ToS that I sent him. The ToS contains personal info, so I sent it to him via DM.

 

They seem to be non-responsive, since their last message to me I have not had any response or read receipt in any form of communication.
I ask at minimum that @Harvv be required to unlock the account.

 

We have discussed about the refund but promised that we'll do it in increments.

Now regarding the account, you have the assurance of the original owner. I haven't played and never played RS3 again after selling everything I have.

Not sure what happened and why the account ended up getting locked but pretty sure you can just unlock the account?

1. @Vbt bought an iron man from @Tradelesu for $254. The account had some gold (3.4b 07). Some gold was removed by @Vbt
2. The account was later on recovered. @Tradelesu agreed to take recovery responsibility upon himself. He didn't specify the duration of this
3. The account was later recovered

Ruling:

Taking into consideration that:
1. @Vbt tried to come up with an alternative solution ($100 instead of $254, because of the gold missing), which @Tradelesu ignored.
2. @Vbt tried to add @Tradelesu on discord in order to form a group chat with me to resolve the situation. @Tradelesu has not accepted the friend request.
3. @Vbt insisted on contacting @Tradelesu via Facebook Messenger to steer his attention to the matter. @Tradelesu has been online and chose to ignore those messages (see below, staff).

@Tradelesu will be banned for 3 months for scamming and a DNT will be placed on him, for which he will need to pardon. Vbt has been lenient when offering a $100 refund deal, I will not be so lenient. If Tradelesu wishes to return, he will need to refund the full $254 to Vbt.
