If you found out your best friend was gay, would you still be friends with them?

My mum is pretty traditional she would overreact more than I.

I completely agree with this, if they're more comfortable with their sexuality that way then that's fine with me. People that make problems out of a small thing like sexuality really need to have a reality check.

I put no. I am friends with people because I share the same interests with them. Half the time we are talking about or chasing pussy, and if they were gay that would kinda change stuff.

Im NOT saying I couldnt be friends with a gay person.

I AM saying that if my best friend was gay, that would change a lot of what our friendship was built on, and I would no longer be his friend.

 

No I probably wouldn't be very close friends with them anymore, you said be honest and I am, it's not that I have something against gay people, people can and should like whoever/whatever they want, I'd just be a little freaked out about it, I don't know why.

There is no way I let sexuality come between me and my friends in the sense of whether were friends or not. You need to be there to support those who are your friends, not leave them hanging on their own.

Sexual preference is entirely insignificant in my eyes- and would have absolutely no impact on a friendship in any way (negatively).
