(DENIED) Paid N word pass in Sythe Discord Community Channel

Hi guys, currently saying the N word is barred/banned from being used in the Sythe discord community discord. There are many people (including myself) who feel this is unfair as it limits our freedom of expression

My suggestion is to let people say it for a fee (E.G $5 for 1 n word pass, $40 for 10 n word passes). Fees would then go to the community repayment thread. I will personally pledge $100 towards n word passes if this is passed just to get things rolling. Let me know what you guys think below

 

The reason it’s banned is because of discord TOS, not because of sythe rules. I’d be okay with it if we can implement it in a way that it won’t infringe on discord TOS and get the disc server banned.

I didn't use the discord for this reason here. Good to hear discord is cracking down on hate speech. Should never be allowed.

 

Is this an April fools joke? I personally don’t care, however it will inevitably repel some users and that’s counterproductive, especially since user retention should be the highest priority.

 

That logic can be turned around: when people are more free in expressing their thoughts and feelings, they will choose to stay so that they can enjoy the full fruits of the freedoms that we provide

 

What thoughts and feelings are being expressed here?

 

In what way is saying the N word needed for freedom of expression?

There's literally no reason to even be thinking about saying that word, what do you gain by saying it?

Here's a suggestion, change your autocorrect to every time you type the N word it changes it to a different word. something like "i wana be an attention whore on a RSblackmarketforumdiscord"
