Where to Bot train..?

Hello im new to all this
and i would like to know where the best posible place to bot train my def/att
Stats so far - 60 att 66 def 50 str
anyone have any ideas?

With full rune/kite/dlong, zombies would probably do you good. Hit up the graveyard in the wild.

Edit: Are you using RSCBot?

 

If your f2p you should try out Minotaurs in the stronghold.

use apos. and you should use nade's autofighter v7.0 or higher. use it at the battleground with the gnomes and khazard guards. their id's are 409 and 407 respectively

 

I used the gnome battleground to train legit

 

Some people bot cows like until they get to 70+ in all combat stats.
