First off, i wasn't referring to you- so ultimately my comment does not regard you at all. Do you feel that because you have a red party hat you are some how universally associated to anyone who also holds one whether borrowed or not?

My speculation as to whether or not the party hat was his own was simply based upon the rest of his outfit. Odd to think that someone so wealthy would resort to the ever so measly full dragon, with sq and a glory amulet? If i had a wealth of 400M+ i believe i'd invest in something a little more extravagant- not to mention useful.

Furthermore, out of all buyable skills... fletching? Thats not a sign of wealth, thats a sign of desperation for a 99.. as petty as fletching may be.

Sure, i cannot afford a partyhat these days, why? Because my gold is spent more wisely, my three 99's for example.. or my risings packed away in the bank. If you are completely broke sporting a phat then why bother?
