How to sell using PayPal with OUT getting unauthorized payment.

Okay, well for the past few weeks I've been selling key's to people on multiple sites. I normally merchant them by buying them digitally from russia for an extremely discounted price and re-selling them.

Their's 2 ways to sell in paypal that makes it so they can NOT claim an unauthorized payment.

REMEMBER - PAYPAL DOES NOT PROVIDE BUYER OR SELLER PROTECTION TO INTANGIBLE GOODS (VIRTUAL ITEMS)

Off the bat, if they claim unauthorized transaction, theirs nothing you can do, because their is no 'proof' that HE is the actual one that sent the money and theirs no proof that you gave him the item.

Method 1 - DONATION

Screw gifts, they can be claimed and disputed. If you login to your paypal, and click "request money" -> donation button, you can follow the steps their to make a donation button. Make the button and then it'll say "Button" and "Email," Click email, save the URL. You can give this link to the buyer, he enters the amount you tell him to on the URL, then pays through paypal, and it claims as a donation. You can NOT dispute a donation, tested as of July 4, 2010.

Method 2 - PHYSICAL INTANGIBLE GOODS

What you have to do in order to sell it by a gift or goods, is to have him write in the note "I am paying for a piece of paper with information on it" and then have him send the money. Give him the account information or whatever your selling, then the same day or next, MAIL HIM A PIECE OF PAPER WITH THE INFORMATION, take pictures of yourself doing so and keep all the shipping information.

Everybody scams, EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE WORLD will scam you if they can. Remember that. Once they claim unauthorized payment, simply post the shipping information and the pictures under the info section on the dispute. Paypal checks it, they see that you DID INFACT ship it, therefor, you get the money. =D

but do you know that when you make someone donate for you, paypal takes fees for that for each time anyone donates plus the bigger the amount of money you will get thru donations the bigger the fee will be..
which makes it kinda bad!

You are correct, I have tested this with HitMan_200 a week or so ago and we used a $1 for a trial and PayPal took 0.33 on the $1.

 

Send as Owed Payment, no fees, can't reclaim money back.

For me, I won't done a trade with some of those methods if the other side don't have OVER 40+ vouches.

This is 100% false. The only way you can "not" get scammed is if it's sent as a REGULAR payment and you actually send something to the buyer like Method 2 listed in the OP. Method 1 might as well be removed:

I ran a business that was through PayPal and was COMPLETELY donation-only. No payments, no nothing. I received $850 in donations from ONE person in particular over the course of 2 1/2 months. After 2 1/2 months, I go to my paypal and it is -$850 in disputes from said person.

I challenged PayPal, the nature of my business allowed me access to everyones IP address, and I would not accept a donation from someone unless their IP matched their PayPal physical address. I provided PayPal with conversation logs, IP addresses, pictures..you name it I had it. PayPal entered a "disputing on your behalf" status which they lost.

There is no way to prove when someone donates with a Credit Card, Balance or Bank account. If they pay with a Credit Card, PayPal has NO jurisdiction over the money and it WILL be returned 100% at the discretion of the CC company.

What are you gonna do? Report them for buying something that you're not ALLOWED to sell in the first place? Teehee, good luck with that.

However, I can sell a guide on how to get ANY transaction reversed no matter WHAT. You must have this information prior to making an actual transaction. You can get any donation or gift back without a second question and in under a day from PayPal. The company is completely wide open, they don't care. PayPal is not a bank, yet they earn % on money sitting in their accounts, which is why they are quick to lock your account for 6 months should something go wrong.

Unfortunately for you, you agree to this prior to opening an account (that paypal can seize your funds for 6 months) so there's no way out of that. All these people on here get scammed and cry "omg i work for paypal and you watch blah blah" lol, I got scammed and got my money back in less than 2 days because I KNEW I was going to get scammed. I did business with MadMax and he's 100% legit and I didn't use any methods against him.

CLIFFS: Method 1 is laughable, and good luck getting me to agree to give some stranger on the internet my address for Method 2. Learn to deal with people that are as trusted as the best thing you believe in. I would send MadMax $1000 right now knowing that he would send it back if those were the stipulations of the deal. Learn to deal with people like that and none of this matters.
