Looking for a team of good levelers.

I have just recently retired from Gold4Rs leveling team. I am now wanting to take everything that I have learned, and put into my own leveling service to level people for cheaper than the other sites. I'm looking for dedicated people, that will help the team. The only way that you will be making money, is by doing the job.

My goal

My goal is to have 10 workers, and to pay them by the hour. Normally, if you do a job, and its only worth $10.00, and took you two hours, you would be missing out. I'm hoping to pay everyone by the hour at a wage of $10.00. This should only take us about 1 month to get this going. To earn the hourly wage, you must bank in at least 3 hours of work, or 3 jobs per day.

If you have been accused of scamming, this may not mean that you wont be hired, I'm looking for legit workers, that will bank in the hours, and give updates to the customers. Every worker should earn more than they would if they are not hired. I will prove my point once you are hired.

A:havent really offered leveling on sythe,but too friends about 10 all long ones such as getting 99s ect.

A:No.the twc is becauce my msn got hacked and was acting suspicious

There is no way this will work, and I'll tell you why. A 99 in a skill takes around 400 hours of play time (many skills take much more than that). 400 hours, at $10 an hour, is $4,000; just to get a SINGLE 99 skill. There is a reason that the workers at places like Gold4RS make low money, its because they have to otherwise the costs would be insane. As well, all of the sites (that I know of) use bots, not people leveling themselves. Running a site where you pay workers $10 an hour would only work if those people were running a bunch of bots and you only payed them for the work they do setting up and managing them.

 

How can you afford to pay out that much.

 

backing a starting foundation like this is going to cost you a fucking lot of money.. unless you're writing this with 100gs behind you then i recommend walking away. and as you say first month expects to be worked for free, meaning you have no financial backing. also the competition is very high, it's hard enough to start your own shop here on sythe nevermind a multi national shop.. and one bad feedback to any of the runescape cheating forums is your company down the drain, say for instance one of your "workers" gets his hands on an account he quite fancies and changes the password and refuses to give it back.. bang your company is over. if you were offering a botting service which at this present time is quite the one of choice as permanent bans for botting and unheard of atm, offering cheap prices and getting the job done for low costs, and paying your workers a % of the price charged, per account and the right ammount of interest could work out a decent income, but it's not going to be flash cars and mansions it'll be less than minimum wage.
