How to stop mass adds on MSN.

I'm sure that a majority of Sythe has encountered the eleven year olds that insist on mass adding people to show that they're cool.

Basically how you counteract it is by:

1. Click on your name, go down to options:
   
2. Click on the Privacy tab:
   
3. Un-check these settings:
   

People are now able to message you and still add you, it just doesn't appear for you (so it won't pop up with 10,000 invites).

 

This is very simple guide on how to prevent something very annoying and bothersome. You've decided to keep out the extra junk and get straight to the point. 9/10

The only one I remembered was the freezing, which is often accosiated with mass adding.

Harped (or the other person you're talking about) has never 'bugged' me with it. I've had that setting on for quite some time.

if you've already been mass added can you flick those settings on and off to remove that pile of porn link sending bots? I'd rather know when people added me so i can message them quickly for service, but not get mass added when I log on.

to be honest msn should just have a limit on this, 10 people per day is plenty.
