Offences or not?

i recently gone through my infractions list and found out that a few have NOT been valid.
please take a look at these.

i think the infraction was ment for the person below me? (Flaming/Discriminatory Remarks)

i was flaming in the post and figured there was no need for it.

hmm, i can see that in a way this is seen as spam. still is not in my opinion. as those names actually are.

just like the previous one i can see that this is seen as spam, however imo this is not
