You have to remove the credit card from the account.

I don't doubt that it's actually your account, but you still need to remove it and all that fun stuff.

 

I cannot remove the credit card until the gold expires...its a new dumb rule Xbox implemented, I even turned off auto renew for it and it still won't allow me to remove it.
