Appeal Has Been Pending For 1 Month?

Any idea how long appeals take to be looked at? I've been waiting for exactly 1 month, and 1 day, as of today. It seems like a long time to be waiting.

Umm its an appeal for an offense, not an appeal to recover the account or anything.

 

ya there is no real way of telling if jagex just overlooked or if you are banned

 

I've never heard of that long, but i have heard to 2-3 weeks so i'm sure they will look at it soon. You can try [email protected] but i dont know if they would respond to your appeal through that, but you never know.

 

If you are trying to make an unbann apeal, this have taken me 1 month aswell.

the appeal system have been going slow for everybody. Im on my second week for one of my old account im appealing. And i hear some guy that was on his 3rd week.

I guess there just slow this year. I mean you can always try to email jagex, but i doubt they will do anything. Your just going to have to wait.

 

Do you really think they look at it? One time, I was banned. I just sent a message to them saying: I was drunk, and my cat got me banned. And guess what? Got my account back.

 

Offense appeals take along time. Because there is so many

Hmm i'll wait for a bit longer then, but if its not been looked at in 2 weeks, i'm going to be pissed.

 

My appeal for Macro has been pending for 2 weeks and I thought that was long..

Did you use some sort of unbanning method to do the appeal?

They'll take longer to check IP's, etc.

It says on the site you may have to wait up to 2 months

 

My ban was for RWT in 07'. But i'll let everyone know when i get a response. I sent in the appeal on the 3rd of June if anyone wanted to know the exact date.

 

to be fair all i can think of is that their appeal system is overloaded with appeals at the moment. Why dont you try using the contact us thread on the forums, its almost 95% under monitoring.

 

I was banned for 2 weeks for bug abuse, i appealed it over a week ago and its still pending lol

 

mine's still pending since 6th of may and yet no respond

 

The longest I've had one pending is around 2 weeks, but over a month idk.

I would just send them an email.

 

I've tried emailing them multiple times, they have never responded.
As for the OP, I've seen many people with the same problem. It's been 3 weeks since I've sent in my appeal, no response.
