Should I upgrade any of this?

I currently have this computer: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Notebooks-_-ASUS-_-34220715

The computer has kinda gone to crap (Disk drive doesn't work, Shuts down by itself)

    >>BUT<< I am still under warranty with Asus. I bought it around 6 months ago from Best Buy for $1000. I have some things I was wondering if I could replace and I would get a professional to install it.

Could this computer run a game like Call of Duty MW2?

Is there any way to up the battery life?

I am also looking to open a Botting service here on sythe. Do I have enough RAM?

Is it worth upgrading the processor to an i5 or i7?

    Thanks

If they can repair to make it brand new then it's worth it.

    Yes, it can.
You can always buy a new battery, doesn't cost more than a few hundred dollars.
Yes, anything more than 2gigs is plenty
I have no idea on that sorry.

Well, seems Cosrob beat me to it.

Well, I've never used a Core 2 Duo so I don't know whether it can game + bot on a few accounts at once. I do have an i7, and it's fast as shit. You don't lag while botting, and you can play any game to keep you busy. Just check your bots once in a while, talk, etc.

So yeah, you might have to take a nap while you leave your laptop to bot with a Core 2 Duo. And your RAM's pretty good, don't worry about it.

    Good luck.
