Sleep time on nexus.

Does anyone know what the sleep times do?

There is client sleep time and paint sleep time.

I know that one of them reduces the FPS showed to me and therfore takes less ram, but im not sure which one makes the bot itself slow down?

If anyone knows, please explain this to me.

Basically its the refresh rate

The more to the left you select, the faster it will refresh - taking up more ram.
the more to the right you select, the slower it will refresh, more lag - less ram.
