What that is is an error.

You are trying to call someone from a US phone to an INTL number.

You need to dial the 011 to dial OUT of the US call line and into the international call line. So it would be +011(countrynumberhere)(area code) ( phone number )

 

No, it works now. On the caller ID thing I was dumb and trying to put a name if you know what I mean.
I wanted it to show up something like Call from; 'Your Momma'
But I realized what I did.

What do i put for the pin number

 

You just go back to the site and put all the info in and get the number.
The pin number is only if you try to call more than once.
For everytime you get the number to call, you get one call. Thats it.
