Falsifying scam report (requested by skele_master)

What I sent to skele_master via PM.

Both me and falsifyings vouches can be found on that page "8" saying that the deal was sealed.

Now to the problem.
The account is " LOCKED " not ban, just locked due to the fact that runescape has suspected the account is stolen. Therefore, he didnt take it back, (pretty sure of it) but he did not give me enough information to recover it, even with the new recovery questions I have set on the account before it was locked because he had done a recovery to remove the recoveries. I sent in a query to recover it, but failed. I can supply query tracking numbers to my denied submittion. I have emailed him to give me the information to the account, such as old recovery questions, zipcode, email, last membership purchase type. Im sure im doing the right thing because he gave me no information but username and password and mm has my back on that.

All I am wondering is skele_master, can you message him as well too so he will respond faster? If not, maybe a ban? I can prove any information that I can to prove that I have tried to recover the account and give you username and password and see that the account is really locked because it's suspected of being stolen. You may ask, how come you didnt ask for this information when you were doing the trade?

Both him and the MM said it wont be necassary, so I said sure. I don't have the pictures of the msn conversation, just the saved convo logg that msn automatically saves and mm as my proof. I have no issues or problems if he just responds with the information i need to recover the account back into my hands. As he has my money in his. "

Im sure he can verifiy this, it's in his inbox and also in mine. So other mods, please dont flame or close.

Basically after the deal, falsifying left almost immediately after vouching saying he had to go. MM can approve this as well.

I played for a good, 2-3 hrs? I logged off and was locked, pretty quick. If all else fails ( he doesnt reply, respond with information ) I will talk it out with the bank, almost a gurantee I get my money back. If he can recover and get rid of recoverys to sell the account to me, he can unlock it. Not sure why he said latest recoveries wont matter. No pictures, but have mm on my side.

Let me know if he ever replies S_M.

 

I left him a PM, if he does not give me a response within 2 days I will ban him.

 

Thank you, and is charging back from credit card service allowed if he doesnt respond? I basically lost $75. And if you really want to know that im not faking that i cant log on, i will give details. Passwords for you to TRY to log on as it says LOCKED. I have latest recovery tracking ID's too. Both Denied.

Skele_Master, he's replied. Gave me latest info he said he had. But that may not be the issue. I've sent in a recovery query. If that fails, I will let him try. If he succeeds then all is good. If not I want a refund. Or a partial refund.

I'd really, rather take the account. Falsifying just has to be more active and talk it out with me.
