how is a pure trainied, to keep a low combat level?

ok iv recently started a pure, he has 1 defence 55strength and 10attack, the rest of his levels are 1, i was just wondering what level should i train next range or mage? when should i train prayer? and what level should i train my strength to before training range or mage? help plz? thanks.

It honestly depends on what kind of pure you want to make it. If you want it to be a F2P 1 Defence pure, this is my suggestion:

Get around 40 attack, 60+ Strength, and stay at 1 Defence. It honestly doesn't matter if you train Range or Magic first. Get both of them to at least 40. (40 Range will enable you to wear Green D'hide armor) Prayer should only be trained if you truly want it and think it will matter when it comes down to PKing.

31 Prayer is extremely helpful because it will provide that extra strength bonus.

Hahanerd, I think you mean strength bonus, not prayer bonus .

From my experience, if you get around 75 strength, 40-50 attack and then get 59 magic, you won't level up. 59 magic is extremely helpful with fire blast.

But, I've gotten up to level 70 magic without leveling combat once, and that would be helpful in P2P for ice burst with DT done.

My stats were: 40 attack, 75 strength, 71 mage, 68 hp. Before I got banned.
I was level 54, with around 9.8m with a santa hat. I had tried autoing my wc from 75-90, and got banned. Gf :\

If you were to get 31 prayer with my stats, you'd be lvl 58. Not worth it imo

 

You can always try Soul Wars.

 

I did soul wars and I'm currently 69 combat with 90 strength, easily scim/2h KOing people (F2P pking of course), and I plan to finish it up at 99 strength sometime this month at around ~74 combat. It should be pretty sexy. I do wind up eating a lot because of my low HP though, so you better make sure not to go up against any other SW prods if you plan on staying alive lol.
