Hello,

I bought Ikov gp of necrogold and instead of delivering the gold they gave me a account.
Eveything was fine until i left for uni and came back home and the account was recovered with like 30b of GP on it. I tried talking to Necrogold and he said to make a scam report.

They also try to claim its my fault for not exctracting the gp, i just think its a really fucked sittuation and would like to ask for some advice and would love to get this solved considering am like down 500-600m osrs value wise on the account.

I offered them to replace the account and just give me new account with 5b gold on it since their farmer recovering the account is really not my fault and also seems like they should be liable since they delivered a account instead of gold.

I was also never mentioned to as quickly take the gold of the account since in my mind they had trustable people working for them and I would not have to worry about the account getting recovered.

Thanks I hope this gets solved since its a silly amount to scam someone for to start off.

I just have some issues with this first you asked for the account.

You cant say instead of gold since this is usual for rsps transactions and you asked for it first.

Two i cant know if u either lost the gold or got banned.

You say the account was recovered do you have proof of recovery if you have please post it.

Why offer to replace the account with 5b if u lost 30b?

Why didnt u transfer the gold to the main account?

That kind of stuff made me sus so im just going to wait a staff reply.

 

Well i never touched any of the account setting since i thought you are trusted, second youre worker never told me to change the password or not use the account.
I offer that since i been waiting all day already for ur worker to get back to me with any news of the farmer and yet has not got back to me.

 

I asked for the gold but you just sended the account details instead, you can see this in the pictures show before.

Waysx told me 10h ago that he would speak with the farmer been waiting since.
