Questing advice for Rune pure!!! please help

Hey alll i have turned one of my obby maulers into a starter rune pure that i hope to persue and I need some advice.

I have done some defence quests but i seek 40 defence pretty much pure quested....

Here are the defence quest of which i havn't done as of yet it would be of great help if u could tell me which of these would be the best to do and why...

•The Blood Pact - 100 Defence Xp
•A Soul's Bane - 500 Defence Xp
•In Search of the Myreque - 600 Defense Xp
•Heroes' Quest - around 1,500 - 3000 Defence Xp
•In Aid of the Myreque - 2,000 Defense Xp
•What Lies Below - 2,000 Defense Xp
•The Fremennik Trials - 2,813 Defence Xp
•Between a rock... - 5,000 Defence Xp
•Elemental Workshop III - 8,500 Defence Xp
•Defender of Varrock - 10,000 Defence Xp
•Olaf's Quest- 12,000 Defense Xp
•The Holy Grail - 15,300 Defence Xp

Those are the quests...

I am currently at 20 650 def xp
Goal xp (level 40 defence) 37 224 xp

giving 16574xp to play with.

So there is all could u please tell me the most effective quests to do in order to get the highest rfd gloves possible for the defence level and any other quests that would be of use and could u please tell me why. Thankyou for your time.

You need Heroes 'quest if you're going to get barrows gloves, and I would recommend also doing fremennik trials. Also, I recommend 45 defence so you can wear a zerker helm, it's alot better.

 

hmm they say that it is alot better but like there arn't too many advantages... like u can't hybrid with it sooo i dunno ive made 2 zerks b4 wana try a runie shuldn't be much difference tho... thanks

bump can somone answer goddamit and i dont want turmoil so defender of varrock is a no no too many skills but what quest should i use to get the def with doing heros of course..
