It's not concerns about any steam accounts. It's about the games you can find at Steam Store. Some of them can me found at EA Store or other Digital Stores ( THQ Store, D2D, etc. ). It's about the games. It's legal, but you can to do some things with the phone... 70-80% a chance to work, but it have to be done from US people :sick:.
