JakePark92 Account Reselling, Recovery, and Ban Evasion

Background: I sold my Ironman account to Jake Park/RossM on January 28th, 2023. On February 10th, 2023, he contacted me to ask if I had reclaimed the account, which I hadn't. As per my terms of service, I initiated the account recovery process.

In the attached transcript, you can see that he requested the account to be linked to [email protected], which is associated with the user profile JakePark92. After recovering the account, I asked for an email to change the linked email address, and he provided "[email protected]", which corresponds to MupStuff. This clearly indicates he is dnt evading.

He initially claimed that the account had a bank pin set before the first recovery. However, during the second recovery, he stated that there was no bank pin and that one must have been established. I have evidence that the account had a bank pin from the first recovery, which I can provide upon request. What I'd like to know is whether I should proceed with recovering the account once more, as it appears he may be reselling the account and requesting that I recover it for him.

1. All sales are final.
2. I am not responsible for any bans/offenses in any way after purchase.
3. If you receive a ban/DNT, these terms are no longer available.
4. You may resell my account, but I won't provide any support. I maybe would re-buy the account, but for a lower value.
5. I'm not responsible for any recoveries, but I will do everything I can to provide the support you need to get the account back for 6 months. After 6 months, I will do my best to you help you out, but I'm not obligated to it.

Yeah, you hacked the account back that you sold to me. I then had to wait out the bank pin delay which was set on it by the hacker. And then I changed the rsn to 'FkUGabroN3rd' because I was pissed off with the situation and then suddenly the account it hacked a second time and rsn double name changed. Coincidence?
As for reselling claims, who buys an ironman with NO items. I even said in my msg to you, the account is literal junk to me but it's the principal that you think you can get away with it because you're a big name in Alibibas.

 

Find me one shred of evidence i've sold the account, and if so - how did i sell the account twice in such quick succession? This is just your way of getting out of it.

 

The first time it was hacked, I was able to recover it. However, you changed all the details and told me 30 hours later that the bank was compromised. This should be impossible because the account had a bank pin (evidence it's on a deleted post). Even if the bank settings were set to three days, there is no way the bank could have been compromised since the appeal took two days and the account still had a bank pin when you got it back.

You claim that you never had a bank pin on the account, but the evidence clearly shows that you did.

I will wait for the moderators to reply here, and if they tell me to recover the account, I will do so.

 

Yes because it makes perfect sense for me to buy an ironman for 1.5b, trade 300m items off it to then ONLY ask for my account back but when i flamed you and your boss out it gets hacked again and double name changed. Get fucked. I never even asked for account back or refund as the account is obviously compromised and is now an unranked gim with no items on it, literal junk. You're just mad I called you out on your discord to your boss.

 

I've bought like 30 accounts off various sellers, and over 20 from Corby and never had an issue until I buy an account from you.

 

Pretty Sure Chatune TOS is not allowed.

"Anyone who wishes to sell an account must maintain "recovery responsibility" (they must refund their buyer if the account is recovered or becomes locked and they are unable to unlock it) for at least a month after the sale. If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility for two years."

His Terms of Service I agreed to was..

"I'm not responsible for any recoveries, but I will do everything I can to provide the support you need to get the account back for 6 months. After 6 months, I will do my best to you help you out, but I'm not obligated to it."

I think his Terms of Service is Void in the first place because I cant not be responsible at all. So he would be default to 2 years or 6 months depends.

For this reason and also due to the lack of professionalism I now demand a refund. I refuse to lose my own money for this, I DO NOT want the account. Due to it being an Ironman and losing over 300m in items, it is literal junk.

 

He payed 2300m for the account and if you add me on discord i can link you the transcript.

 

Happy to have 950m refunded for what I did to Sausje last year. I also do not want the account back, it's been hacked off me twice and all items off an ironman cleaned.
