get rid of the liquify shit from illy, that shit doesn't blend colour wise, nor contrast/depth wise.
Green spot shit looks like a lens flare, so works pretty nicely, the gradiented circles (also illy i take it) don't work either, take them off the generic gradient and either stroke them to get interesting geometric shapes, rather than lousy basic illy shit. Colour version's far better.

Pentooling? That'd take ages for an effect that's achievable in about 3 seconds in illy >.<
