Scammed by Runemetrix sadly :(

Hello, Runemetrix has recovered an account from me,
it all started i purchased an hcim in 2021, everything was good from that point, 1 years later, he contacted me on Discord on november 03 2022 telling me about his buyback/consignment program i was highly interested in it because the hcim i bought had alot of change and i wasn't using the account at all so i was like ok why not, so i told him about all the change from the account we came to agreement and confirmed that he sold the account for 175 usd credit which you can read here: imgur.com

after that, at that time, i was looking for all kind of accounts so we talked alot, about pures, ironman, zerk etc, one day i asked him about a zerk account and he said he had one for sale that it wasn't listed on his thread. so i asked him if i could use the 175 usd credit (in the consignment program he confirms he would take 25% of the price and give me the rest, you can read that confirmation here: imgur.com

he said yes, so in overall i had to pay 100 usd which is was little 320m at that time, i said ok let's do it
we ended up doing the trade it was very smooth and here we are, on 21/03/2023, i found out he got banned on here and he has been recovering other accounts.

Still no answer today either, from what i have been reading he started his scamming spree on january 2023, so i highly doubt he would refund me, thank you for your time
