~90 ish. I'd recommend training at chaos tunnels, your prayer potions will get paid for in drops and the exp/hr isn't much different.

ok i dont know if you give a shit or not, but.. i say get at least 40m and you should be able to get to about 99 now that would be so much more useful but it would take about 10 or 11 days..

 

I don't mind what level my range is, as long as it's higher than 80.

 

I know you dont want to hear this but chins are only good exp if you have a high range level to start with , but since you dont care in about a week u might make 92 range

I wouldnt start chinning until 85 range then you might get to like 98 range

 

Hi you can throw 1.3-1.4k chins per hour. Depending on your prayer level.

Also dependant on your prayer level is how many potions you will use.

The most expensive part to chinchompas is the chinchompas. The prayer pots will not set you back too much. YOU MUST USE EAGLE EYE - YOU WILL SAVE LOADS OF CASH!!!

For my main with 70 prayer: 65mil got me 78-99 ranged.

I'd definitely say you can get 90+ ranged with 30mil, it's hard to approximate because it also depends on how well you do the job of staring at the screen and managing those skeleton monkies.

My suggestion: Buy 10k chinchompas at a time, and about 150 prayer potions(4). Do one or two test runs, then pop in a movie or tv series.

 

I would get about 80-85 range before you start chinning, it will save you a lot of money but like you said you don't care about money so whatever
