Sounds like you are going to have to reformat your computer. Try running it in safemode.

I never heard of this .ink virus before.

Well you are left with very few options that I know of..Reinstall your os, take it somewhere and see what they could do with it. My friend was telling me a while back about how he saved his computer from installing some sort of linux os. It would require you to download stuff though, which you said you cannot. Ill ask him what he did and get back to you if I can do it in time.

If this was a virus it doesn't really seem like you fixed the entire program.

Run a scan first...
