Don't worry. I have given enough information to the UK Government to sort it out for themselves. His full postal address is enough.

As it is only a small amount, $15 I doubt he will get a prison sentence although I'm sure there will be a large fine which could be anything up to £5000 ($10000).

 

also contacted the uk goverment .. ( this can be fixed if he refunded us..) o well bigger mess for him...
