    This is pretty good, except the six small meals isn't really needed other then it'll keep you full.

    Consistency is key to diet; change up your cardio and strength every month or so. Losing weight is longterm. There is no easy, quick way out. I feel bad that you felt the need to cover up your real identity... there isn't any need to feel bad about what position you're in whatsoever... atleast you're doings something about it. ^_^

    If you're getting full, you're eating too much. The idea is eat six small meals a day, never get full and never get hungry.

    Running for half an hour a day continuously isn't and won't be as helpful compared to fartlek training.

    This will burn the fat quicker whilst also gaining fitness. An easy example is running along the street and if there are light poles; sprint from one light pole to another and then slow down until the next one then sprint another and keep repeating. This type of training is really useful for fitness and weight loss.

    Also get into serious cardio exercies, as gay as it sounds skipping is really good. Step ups, short sprints, hard intensity riding and so forth are the ways to go.

    Remember if you go on a diet your body still needs its basic nutrients

    While you may lose weight going on a intense diet, it's worse for your body to not get the nutrients it needs than to have the extra weight

    Also, if you havn't already, try joining some sports teams

    You might not be a star athlete, but most of the time you'll get one hell of a work out (who knows, you might turn out to be a great athlete as well)

    Biking while playing basic video games (like super mario bros) is probably the EASIEST way to burn calories, you will be able to go a lot longer than usual as you won't be focusing on exercise.

    The main benefit to running is that you can run until you're exhausted, but then you need to get home so you're forced to go further.

    Drink a lot of water, a litre of 1% milk a day, whole grain pastas with tuna, healthy sauces etc. It's not how much you eat but what you eat, you're going to want to get good calories that go a long way, grains and fish will do that and grains are high in fiber.

    Apples and many other fruits/vegetables actually have negative calories (digestion), bananas with peanut butter, grapes, etc etc. Most of what people are recommending results in a crash diet, so you start losing for a week or so but then get hungry because it's insufficient. you want to go negative in terms of calories daily, but not to a point where you're constantly hungry.

    elevated heart rate keeps the calories burning, cut out ALL condiments other than mustard. No pop, no snacks that aren't fruits, 1 250ml glass of juice a day, the rest either low fat milk or water.

    I can easily cut 10-15 pounds in a month doing this, hopefully you'll get similar results. Any further questions just message me or reply.

    Ok now seriously I'll give you a great tip. Did you know that 67% of human obesety is caused by overeating? Well what out should do is eat only when you at hungry and never eat until you're full rather just until you ate no longer hungry, n order to make sure you do his right keep a book and record what you eat how much you eat and when you way it this will help you keep track of what you're eating and stop your overeating my dad is a gym coach and he makes slot giving people this theory you just got it for free so have fun!

    Ok, I am requested to post here because my brother saw this post and called me.

    Umm.. your diet can be whatever you want, just cut back on the junk food :p and get into dancing a lot, running, or martial arts. I do all of them and they will keep you in the best of shape. If you need extra training you can lift weights as well. Start at a comfortable amount like maybe 150 (benchpress), 250 (squat) and work your way up.

    Eating too much randomly is a fool's paradise, you feel good but its not actually good.

    Remember, even if you think you can't lose weight, don't eat more because you'll ADD weight.

    And jogging is better at losing weight than running, since jogging burns fat while running is likely to burn calories.

    I don't excercise, but it REALLY helps, and I eat vegetables/fruit every 2 - 3 hours so that it will help my body to lose weight (proven - lowers metabolics rate).

    And have PLENTY of sleep!

    If you do EXACTLY all this, you will lose around half a stone a month.

    Just don't eat anything bad, at all, and don't eat too much in one meal, spread it out.

    Nice to see that people help him ,u got some nice advice and support here,but i personally think that u shouldnt stop eating what u use to eat before,just dont drink coca-cola,because if u stop eating what u use to eat,it will make ur meal even more tasty,u just cant take it anymore and u go buy hamburger or whatever,i know this because my few friends have tried it,its damn hard,and if u like drivin with bike,u will lose weight trust me,if u ever go out just take bike and hang out,u will lose much more weight with it than just running.And also drivin with bike is more enjoyable,;)Hope this one helped, if u need anything pm^_^

    I have the same problem, except I only have like 20 extra pounds on me at most. What I'm doing now is eatin A LOT of fruit and vegetables, which is pretty much all I eat now. I am going to start going to the gym July 1st which will make me lose the weight even faster. I suggest going to a gym, and subsituting all that junk food for fruits and vegetables, that alone, will make you lose a lot of weight every day.

    Yep, eating lots of fruit & veg will REALLY help you, and eating them spread out (not all at once) will help your metabolics rate and you won't gain much fat.

    Also try not eating so much white bread, rice or other flour-related products.

    And don't eat much pasta/potatoes/high energy foods if you aren't that active, I don't excercise much, but I eat lots of fruit & veg.

    Never eat any sugary/fatty foods, not even once.

    Summary:
    Drink 1% milk, water, juice, diet coke(diet pop isn't that bad, but consider this a treat, drink at the most a can or two a day).
    Eat brown bread,fruits,salads,eggs, stuff like that.
    If you don't excercise at all, eating all those things above will still make you lose a decent amount of weight. Fruits and vegetables have something called "negative calories" which means it uses more calories to digest the fruits than it gains, therefore, you lose calories by eating! and not to mention the potential 800 Grams of fat you could lose every night while you sleep! (you must be on an empty stomach when you go to sleep though) Now with that said, if you go to the gym, then you will lose EVEN MORE weight. Follow all these steps and you will surely lose all that fat in no time.. It might be hard at first, but if you have motivation (girls,money,etc.etc.) then you will succeed with ease :)
    Oh yeah, almost forgot, make sure you don't eat big meals, eat snacks every 2 hours at the most and DONT EAT ANYTHING 3 HOURS BEFORE BED! <---- doing so you will lose 800 grams of pure fat every night :)

    First of all please ignore the bullshit run an hour a day! they probably haven't even read the first post and are just post count whoring!

    If your wealthy there is this item I my mum uses called a power plate consider it.
