I am looking to upgrade my verified premier paypal to a business account. I was wondering, if you simply list a bogus business and address, will you get in trouble for it? Would appreciate anyone with experience in the subject to help me out.

I would suggest no. I mean there is a rare chance of them checking if your business is real or not, but its still a risk.

Well, you could always just say your "business" is your pin shop or sorts...Im sure thats what r2p does. But what are the benefits of a business paypal?

They can detect it, and you need to enter certain codes, so you won't trick them.

I would suggest calling them before just doing it via the website. Explain the situation (insert white lies where applicable) and the worst they'll do is say no, and it won't screw up your PayPal account.

My suggestion would be to claim selling virtual goods with the business address being your house.
