Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: On September 2022, @kolsD agreed to sell Scooby an account (Scooby#8500 | UID#665417492491141120 - Ryan lamere). Scooby offered to pay 50M + bonds + remaining balance when he got paid in a few weeks time. First installment of 50M + bond was paid to seller, however since time was of the essence for all and money was not available in full, a refund was agreed upon.

Due to insolvency KolsD was unable to refund and claimed he needed to wait until he received a pre-order of GP. Debt may have been repaid, which is why I've added this as a violation report. Poor business practices, operating while insolvent, and requesting a fake vouch are the main issues. Since customer is unfamiliar, I'm submitting dialogue between myself and KolsD. If debt is still outstanding customer can confirm/topic can be moved.
