Kadaj: do not assess reports so superficially.

Had your assessment been not so cursory and perfunctory, this user wouldn't have been unjustly banned. Not only are neither IPs proxies (did you check?), they are both from different ISPs within entirely different countries. If you had searched for the thread where the second screenshot is taken from, you'd have noted that the last time it was edited was before this report was made, and the email isn't on the thread.

EXT: You are banned for editing screenshots and attempting to frame someone who caught you fake vouching.
