I like the flow of the American one better, but the Japanese one isn't bad either.

I used to love Pokemon, then switched to Yu-Gi-Oh for the card game which was fun having the best deck with rares and best monsters... oh Blue Eyes >.>

Anyway, game wise, Pokemon was the shit!
Card Game wise, Yu-Gi-Oh takes the cake XD

The classic first seasons were the best, and they should have ONLY expanded them as far and add new things later. But the new 100,000 PLUS monsters added is shut horseshit to both games.

So I gave up >.>

 

As a kid, when I was 7, I was playing on my Game Boy Advance on Pokemon Yellow Version, which imo was better than the modern versions.

It was the best gameboy game at that time.

Ahh... Good old memories, but pokemon sucks now... especially the shows! How awful are the shows, I still kinda like the game.
