Eldorado Issues Resolution Thread

Ey, I've created an account and got it verified. However when trying to sell something it tells me my account is suspended? I've never used eldorado before so there is no way my account can be suspended and i can't seem to contact you guys (I'm getting some generic answer which apparently a lot of people get on the internet). I've dmed you guys my eldorado username

My money is being held for two weeks now because a buyer keeps disputing the SAME sale over and over again. How is that possible? I won the case already. This is really unprofessional from your side.

Regarding multiple disputes - buyers are allowed to raise multiple disputes on account orders, as sometimes new information comes up during the warranty period. For example, the first dispute could be raised because you deliver an account with a bad password. You resolve that issue, then a few days later a second dispute could be needed because the account was banned.

In the case you mentioned, a dispute was raised by the buyer a total of two times. This seems like a reasonable amount, and does not look like abuse. If you encounter further problems and disputes continue to be raised after this second one, contact our support team. If it looks like dispute abuse at that point, further action may be taken.

 

I sold an guy 150m via Eldorado.gg, at the time I had like 50 reviews for services and accounts, then I delivered gold in 5 minutes of the order started and marked as paid.

Then the buyer left me bad feedback, ofc I got mad into it because I knew that was another vendor or someone trying scam me after it, and yes I was right.

Even after that blackmail, support decided to ban me for 3 days, then I got pissed off and said ok fuck that then im reporting you in all sites that I know, then they said.

Now you permanent banned.

So ALL vendors, stay AWAY from eldorad, their support are completly crazy and unprofessional.


I HOPE that you were not the guy in charge of my thing. Because if you did, you are completly unprofessional and unfair.

We investigated your case, and unfortunately the ban will not be reversed. The situation didn't exactly play out in the way you wrote in your post. Here is what actually happened:

1) You delivered your order.

2) The buyer left a bad feedback after receiving his order, because he was not happy with the way you communicated during the delivery process. This is allowed - good or bad feedback doesn't solely depend on whether an order was received or not. If a buyer didn't like something about the delivery process (speed, communication, method, etc.) - they are free to express their thoughts via feedback.

3) After seeing the bad feedback, you at first started using inappropriate language towards the buyer. Then, you threatened to report the buyer's RSN to Jagex to get him banned if he doesn't change the feedback. Some direct quotes from your chat:
"Get reported to jagex" "Fucking ugly face" "Shitty life, broke ass"

This is extremely inappropriate and is why you got banned. Sellers who behave this way towards customers are not welcome on Eldorado.

4) After being berated and threatened by you, the buyer offered to change his feedback for 30M OSRS. This is against our rules - our support stepped in at this point to warn the buyer that this is not allowed, and also read the chatlog and banned you for inappropriate communication and threats against buyers. At this point, it was a 3 day ban.

5) After being banned, you reached out to support live chat and threatened to clean out the bank of a boosting customer and DDOS the Eldorado.gg website. At this point, your ban was escalated to a permanent ban.

Given that you made threats against both Eldorado customers and the platform itself, there is no way this ban will be reversed. Our customers' safety is a top priority, and sellers who threaten to compromise that will not be allowed to do business on Eldorado.

 

Dont lie, you said you were going to permanent ban me as soon I said I was going to report your site every single place, which I did.
You just canceled my service in THE MIDDLE of service, and refunded the buyer, that the buyer came and said " what happend, let me pay again" cause he did like my service.
Your site support is terrible and really amateurs, hopefully people see it soon.
I don't even want reverse the ban, I just want everybody see who are you in the real

 

And yes, situation played EXACTLY how I played out in my post. I was just blackmailed and to you, seems everything fine, that asshole guy was the ONLY bad feedback, in a gold sale, which I delivered in 5 mins 9 seconds, first message was seconds after he order.

Please can you reply? I've had a dispute open for 5 days the seller has openly said they have recovered the account and I haven't had a refund issued. Support keep saying they're working on it and haven't given me any updates or replied to the chain for 3 days
