Signature Text help.

hey sythe, I am new to graphics and i have been learning photoshop for the past week. But one thing that troubles me is text. I can't seem to get the hang of it. Also, is it possible to download new text? Because i have tried that and i can't figure out how to get it into photoshop itself.

Anyways i just made this sig, but once again im stomped with the text part.

 

dafont.com has some nice fonts.

to get them into your computer download (with windows 7 or mac open and click install)

if not then go to control panel search "font"

go to add change font

drag the file into there

should come up on photoshop.

 

If you put it in to C: > WINDOWS > Fonts, then it's in the computers system. Photoshop obtains the fonts from your systems directory.
