Quick guide question

Could I make cooking guides? I am entering the culinary arts field and have a fair amount of cooking prowess and experience. Could I share my knowledge on how to make to delicious foodstuffs, or does that not qualify as a guide?

 

Well I can't find the thread about cooking guides, but i am sure you weren't allowed to do it as most cooking guides are generally on the internet and are basic to make.

 

If you mean recipes, I believe they are allowed, however cannot be used in a UE application.

 

The rule regarding not using cooking guides was implemented to deter idiots from making very basic guides for their application (for example, one member used how to cook eggs). However, if you actually make a detailed, well written, useful guide on how to make a meal, I am sure exceptions could be made. I would recommend PMing an HUE (R33l or dalphra)

 

Yes, I believe so. If you make a well detailed in depth guide say on a recipe I'm sure it is allowed, and it would be posted under the 'Miscellaneous' guides section.

It cannot be used on an application, however.
